Post Paralegal Update

It has only been 2 hours since I've finished my Paralegal Certification course, and I'm already getting into all the things I've had to put on hold for the last 6 weeks. So, here is the update on everything since Memorial Day :).

Achilles:
has grown exponentially. When we brought him home on Easter, he weighed 14 lbs. Below is the video of him getting his first bath in the sink.



I took a photo of Achilles this afternoon. He weighed in this week at 59 lbs. He has surpassed Bree (53 lbs)! The only way I could think to show everyone the change we've seen in the last 10 weeks is by putting Achilles back in the sink (easier said than done) so you could have a before and after. Here is the evidence:

Moving:

So we finally starting making progress on the packing this week! Well, by we I mean Jonathan. He and his mom almost got the kitchen done, and after today, I'll be packing/boxing in full force. We have a few things to take care of over the next week, but we have 6 days to do it, so I think we'll be able to get it done. Our dear friends Nick, Josh, and Jennifer will be traveling up to Baltimore with us next Thursday and helping us get unloaded and moved in.

Been there, done that, got that t-shirt...
I finished my last day of Duke's Paralegal Certification Program. While ridiculously intense, it was a great experience, and I can say that I'm looking forward to working in law. I would appreciate prayers and any pointers you might have for the job hunt I am about to enter into. I'm praying that I'll be in just the right field of
law, at just the right firm, in the location, with the people I need to be. We're taking it all one day at a time, but I trust that the Lord will provide a job for me at the right time! I'm really excited about all that we'll get to be a part of in Baltimore, and I'll be updating you all on our journey!
